Mountfield 1538M-SD Lawn Tractor The Mountfield 1538M-SD ride-on mower is designed for those wanting to cut grass with the side discharge function or the choice of mulching.

With an attractive, modern look, this ride-on mower is powered by a STIGA engine with a net power output of 7,1 kW @ 2800 rpm. The Mountfield 1538M-SD has a mechanical transmission and a 98 cm cutting deck with two blades and 2 anti-scalp wheels.

The cutting height can be adjusted to 7 positions (from 25 to 80 mm) using a lever next to the driving seat, whilst the blades are activated by an electromagnetic clutch at the touch of a button. A Mountfield Ergonomic steering wheel works with a Mountfield Classic adjustable high-back seat to make it a delight to drive.

Mountfield side discharge range of lawn tractors not only has the facility to discharge your grass clippings, but with the included mulching plate, the grass is finely chopped and redistributed back onto the lawn. The advantage of this quality deck is its versatility, as it provides the user with multiple cutting options to suit different lawn conditions. The ability to switch between mulching and side discharge makes it a convenient choice for homeowners who want to manage their lawns efficiently.
